Le Moyne College, The Department of Anthropology, Criminology and Sociology, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Criminology to begin Fall 2021pending budgetary approval.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Criminology/Criminal Justice or related field and be qualified to teach courses in critical criminology and/or race and criminal justice, or that integrate the fields of criminology and cybersecurity and cybercrime. Areas of specialization are open, but applicants who are able to teach Introduction to Criminology and Criminal Justice Systems are preferred. Additional capability to teach in other social science disciplines is desired. ABD candidates will be considered if the conferral of their terminal degree is expected to occur within the first academic year of their employment. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education and be able to contribute to course offerings within the interdisciplinary criminology program.
