The School of Anthropology seeks an Adjunct Instructor to teach ANTH 101 "Humanity: A How to Guide" for the Fall 2023 term. This course will meet in person. This course fulfills a general education requirement and attracts students from many disciplines. The instructor will have access to syllabi and materials for the course and will need to ensure that the course fulfills established learning objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach ANTH 101, including the supervision and mentoring of graduate teaching assistants.
- This class is a general education course that meets the diversity emphasis and includes two 1 hour and 15 minute lectures per week.
- Design or adapt previous materials for this class.
- Meet with students during office hours.
Minimum Qualifications
- PhD.
- Experience teaching large undergraduate courses.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Anthropology.
- Experience supervising graduate students.
