Lecturer in Anthropology/College of Liberal Arts (Part Time)
We seek applicants who are dedicated to serving The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley's diverse student body as a Part Time Lecturerof Anthropology beginning in the 2024-2025 academic year. We seek candidates who are qualified to teach introductory courses online: Human Evolution, Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, Introduction to Archaeology, and Human Cultures in Prehistory.

Minimum Qualifications
The qualifications to be considered as a Part-Time Lecturer are a master's degree in Anthropology or related field (18 hours of graduate credits in Anthropology) from an accredited institution of higher education
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications Preferred Qualification
Demonstrated teaching experience as well as ability to teach on-line in either synchronous or asynchronous modes.
Salary Part-Time Lecturers are paid per SCH bases commensurate with experience and/or qualifications. License or Certification Required? No Number of Vacancies Varies Desired Start Date 09/01/2024
