Overview
The Anthropology department of Ursinus Colleges has an adjunct teaching position available for the Spring 2024 semester. Ursinus College is a highly selective, independent, co-educational, residential liberal arts college of approximately 1500 students located about 25 miles northwest of center city Philadelphia. With a diverse community of students, it is an expectation of all faculty to contribute to the inclusion, engagement, and success of all students.
Responsibilities
The instructor will teach two sections of Introduction to Sociocultural Anthropology (ANTH 100) in Spring 2024. The sections meet Mondays and Wednesdays. The first section meets from 8:10-9:50 AM and the second section from 1:00-2:40 PM. Each section is capped at 25 students.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in anthropology or be in the process of pursuing one.
