The Department of Anthropology at Sussex County Community College, Newton, NJ, seeks an Adjunct Professor of Anthropology to teach asynchronous online-based Introductory Anthropology for fall 2023 via the Canvas LMS. The ability to teach on our beautiful Newton, NJ, campus is a big plus. Sussex CCC teaches four-field American Anthropology throughout its curriculum.

A Master's degree in anthropology, or at least 18 graduate credits in anthropology, is required. A willingness to contribute to the department's Archaeology Field Experience, Community Archaeology Project, and Cultural Heritage Tourism efforts is greatly appreciated.
