Job Summary:

The role of the Project Manager at Human Branding is to support project teams across all organizational, logistical aspects of qualitative health care market research projects, including (but not limited to) project scheduling, all administrative project set up, tracking of project paperwork and reporting, cost/budget tracking and project reconciliation documentation. This role will also oversee vendor partners and ensure successful completion of patient and HCP recruitment. Providing support to project teams and track milestones throughout project timeline. Project Managers must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment and able to multitask and be organized, as well as like working on a team and in a team environment.

Project Management
  • Leverages project management principles and best practices and adapts them to the qualitative market research industry and to a small sized, fast-paced environment.
  • Ensures multiple projects happen flawlessly, on time and on budget using Project Management fundamentals
  • Proactively manages multiple projects concurrently
  • Can adapt and pivot comfortably given fast paced environment and changing project and business priorities
  • Collaborates with the Resource Manager to ensure required resources are assigned to the project for successful delivery
  • Can identify resource gaps in projects and alert Resource Manager/Resource Team with thoughts on possible remediation (i.e.. recommend training/hiring/contracting)
  • Regularly conduct ‘project health checks' against planned timelines and estimates and report to Project Leads when a project is deviating from plan
  • Proactively anticipate and lead troubleshooting endeavors, overcome and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize work flow to meet project deliverables
  • Provides on-going and timely communication on project cadence, progress against milestones and any potential (upcoming) issues to key internal stakeholders and project team
  • Issues internal weekly project updates, including timely updates to the WIP document and resource team on a weekly basis
  • Executes and maintains key project dates in WIP calendar
  • Books, attends and contributes to internal project kick off meetings
  • Facilitate project meetings in a virtual environment using appropriate software (i.e.. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Takes and issues meeting notes succinctly with clear next steps
  • Supports project fieldwork planning and execution, including (but not limited to) WATI/Intervu and FocusVision platforms setup and stimulus, in facility organizing/printing, Ethnography logistics and driver bookings
  • Ensures consolidation and cleaning of all project files on dropbox, as part of the project close process
