Claims Experience Onboarding Trainer
We're looking for a seasoned Claims Trainer to pioneer, build, and deliver a world class training program for our new claims professionals joining Lemonade!
In this role, you'll design learning experiences that enhance new hire onboarding, knowledge retention, and continuous education for the CLX teams. In your day to day, you'll work closely with leaders in the CLX organization to align goals, optimize training material, and deliver training content that enriches the experience of our Claims Experience Advocates . You will utilize learning platforms for content delivery and learning progression, and be responsible for tracking training metrics to ensure the training program is effectively elevating the skills and knowledge of our CLX team.
Requirements

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content design & delivery of training
- A passion for psychology or relative applied people sciences (i.e. neurology, sociology, anthropology, behavioral economics, ergonomics)
- A background in insurance is a plus
- Loves getting shit done!
