As a member of the People Operations team supporting our recruitment efforts, you will:
  • Post open positions to company website and other relevant job boards.
  • Coordinate all phases of the interview process, serving as liaison between the candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure timely communication with all parties throughout the interview process.
  • Confirm interview dates and details with candidates and making any changes, as needed
  • Coordinate candidate travel, if applicable.
  • Follow up with members of the interviewing team to ensure candidate feedback is provided on a timely basis
  • Kick off the on-boarding process for new hires by setting up New Hire task checklists
  • Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment function.
  • Work with all members of the People Operations on various projects focused on employee development and engagement.

  • The willingness to work in our NYC office at least 2-3 days per week while the team is still dispersed due to the pandemic.


Bonus points if you have:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or other related subjects.
  • Prior internships in recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or other similar Applicant Tracking System.
  • Be a member of SHRM
