The great things you will do:

  • Partner with our client to set strategy and align on the program goals and targets to our client's ambition and vision.
  • Leads the development of policy, processes, systems, and tools to deliver a systematized approach to enablement programming globally and a consistent and high quality user experience.
  • Manages a global approach to activation along with instructor and champion onboarding across the global enterprise, including the teaching kitchens, community gardens, food talks and chef's tables.
  • Defines, develops, and deploys scalable training, teaching materials, and curricula used in enablement programming.
  • Acts as the liaison between the global and regional teams and Vendor Partner service providers for enablement programming, including sharing program requirements, marketing and promotional plans, best practices, and evaluating the impact of enablement programming and the user experience.
  • Drives user engagement strategies and program development to increase the participation of new users in the program and maximize the impact of the program on user wellbeing.
  • Collaborates with food literacy experts in nutrition, culinary, sustainability, anthropology and other wellbeing experts to identify priorities and content for the teaching materials.
  • Coordinates the activities of all stakeholders and partners (internal and external) involved with delivering the program to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Communicates the program KPI and impact to program sponsors and stakeholders weekly, quarterly and annually. Identifying strategic program development opportunities.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in nutrition, nutrition education, public health, food ecology, or related field of study required
  • Master's degree (MBA, MPH, Med, MRes, MS, MPA or a related field preferred) or equivalent combination of education and Nutrition Ecology programs and program development and evaluation, and research analysis. Strong ability and experience with adult education and curriculum design.
  • Experienced leader with the ability to effectively communicate, motivate and interact with all levels within the organization.
  • High level of strategic thinking and extensive project management experience required.
  • Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra.
  • Evaluation: Using metrics to gauge success and impact of behavioral sciences on outcomes. Statistical design, analysis, and interpretation are highly beneficial. Experience analyzing and interpreting verbal and written communications and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to motivate and interact with all levels within the organization and present effectively in a group setting to associates, managers, leadership and our client and external partners as well as represent the client brand internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse clients and colleagues; global experience desirable
  • Ability to present, train and facilitate the implementation of new programs
  • Strong ability to network and build relationships across organizations and disciplines.
  • Computer and statistics software skills: Google suite, including docs, sheets, and slides, and experience SPSS, SAS or other statistical software a plus.
