Insights is a division of Workforce Solutions looking for a visionary UX Director to help build and lead our UX team. This UX leader will be responsible for driving the team execution for all aspects of the UX lifecycle. As an experienced UX professional, you will bring your point of view to help establish, improve and optimize our team's capabilities for delivering exceptional products across the portfolio.

We are looking for that rare individual who can be transformational to help elevate our design-driven

product lifecycle and innovation process. This individual enjoys mentoring, teaching, and leading a team

of UX researchers and designers on everything from ideation and research to usability and design. You

will work closely with product managers, designers, developers and business stakeholders to envision,

architect, design, test, and optimize our platform and applications.

What you'll do

* Build and lead a team of UX professionals to plan, research and execute product design in-line with the product roadmap

* Identify and articulate user behaviors and needs based on data to guide designers and developers

* Direct and contribute to research design, research studies, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design

* Conduct and lead foundational, generative, and evaluative research that results in product design recommendation

* Communicate, lead, mentor, collaborate to create well-crafted, world-class products and experiences

What experience you need

* BA or BS in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Art, Design, or similar field or equivalent experience

* 7+ years of experience in research and/or design and 3+ years of experience building and managing a UX team

* Expert knowledge of data driven UX research and design (e.g. HEART) and expert knowledge of journey mapping for a variety of processes

* Proficient in research and design tools such as Sketch, Miro, Zeplin, and InVision

* Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

What could set you apart

* MA or PhD in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Art, Design, or similar field

* Demonstrated understanding of WCAG 2.0 guidelines and an ability to lead accessibility research and design

* Design Thinking certification

* Expert workshop facilitation skills for in person and remote settings
