Healthfirst is looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our growing team. We're looking for a person that has a passion for using design thinking and technology to make online experiences better. The ideal candidate loves the challenge of transforming complex processes into customer-centered, easy to use workflows through iterative UX design, measurement, testing and optimization. They will have experience working in a large enterprise environment, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders and leveraging technology to deliver compelling, personalized and automated online experiences. The UX Designer will be responsible for collaborating on research and testing, assimilating results and designing the information architecture, content hierarchies, navigational models and workflows across Healthfirst web properties. They will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment presenting concepts, receiving feedback, testing and iterating sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. We're looking for a person that is inherently curious, intrinsically motivated, highly disciplined and can envision and achieve success. They have outstanding time-management and process-management skills and an unwavering attention to detail.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Consult with/interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand goals, objectives, timelines and capabilities.Evaluate existing research to assimilate available information and identify knowledge gaps.Collaborate with internal teams on competitor analyses, research and UX testing to fill knowledge gaps and test hypotheses.Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and/or product owners to develop project timelines and sprints.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop audience personas and usage scenarios.Develop use cases, workflows, journey maps, wireframes and other design deliverables.Present, gather feedback and iterate sketches, wireframes, storyboards, work flows and prototypes.Assist with content strategy and SEO activities.Design, test, implement and maintain the information architecture of websites and applications.Design and implement processes to deliver clear specifications to web and engagement system developers.Ensure the design vision is executed accurately during the development process. Design and implement processes for QA of UX deliverables.Collaborate with UI designers, content strategists, copy writers, etc. to deliver outstanding user experiences.Research and share UX design discoveries and work of industry pioneers.Minimum Required Educational and Work Experience:Bachelor's degree in UX design, psychology, anthropology, information systems, computer science or related field.Five to eight years of professional experience working as a UX designer.Portfolio that demonstrates UX design, measurement and optimization for published websites or apps including information architecture, wireframes, protytpes, live links, research and test result artifacts, measurement frameworks, etc.Ability to present and discuss the thinking and processes used to accomplish results.Expertise with rapid prototyping and UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Miro, etc.Demonstrated experience working with digital experience platforms that enable A/B and multivariate testing, UX personalization and marketing automation.Demonstrated experience working with UX measurement, dashboards, and digital analytics teams.Experience with enterprise digital asset management platforms.Experience with agile development and waterfall project management tools and processes.Demonstrated ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects and work independently.Experience working within a large enterprise and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.Familiarity with SEO and content strategy processes, tools and techniques.Familiarity with analytics software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.Familiarity with CMS platforms (such as Craft, Drupal, WordPress), HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Preferred Experience That Will Make You Stand Out:Experience in the health insurance industry.Master's degree in UX design, psychology, anthropology, information systems, computer science or related field.Expertise in UX research and testing.Expertise in measurement strategy, planning and performance reporting.In-depth experience with content strategy, search engine optimization and marketing automation processes, tools and techniques (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.).Please note: Since we care so greatly about our employees' and members' wellbeing, Healthfirst is moving to a fully vaccinated in-office environment.
