**Role Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced User Researcher who is interested in solving product and user challenges. Our approach includes adaptive research methods for conversational interfaces, artificial intelligence (AI) powered interactions, combining human experts with machine intelligence, and creating behaviorally informed habit-forming and habit-changing dynamics.

You will work closely with our Design and Product teams to develop and evolve user experiences across our product and experiences for client users, service providers, and our internal team of domain experts. You will be the first user researcher collaborating with cross-functional teams to user testing design workflows, interactions and visualizations, create personas and evangelize the product vision across the company.

As a member of our design team, you will help develop and foster a robust user research culture, and partner with designers, engineers and product managers.

**What you will be doing:**

* Lead user research end-to-end experiences
* Identify questions for product and business
* Find users with similar enterprise experience for onsite interviews and usability testing
* Gather insights from interviews, share findings and next steps through presentation decks and reports
* Partner with product and design teams on user testing, including paper prototypes to high fidelity mockups
* Collaborate with PMs, designers, engineers and leadership
* Use qualitative and quantitative methods
* Develop and maintain our go-to user research methodologies

**What we are looking for:**

* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience (corporate, software, web) a user research participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched web and/or software applications
* Experience with one or more of the following: conversational interfaces, Bots/Assistants, AI/Machine Intelligence

* Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer facing functions
* Degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent combination of education experience
* Portfolio of research work (charts, scripts, reports, before and after results) that created high impact to product, UX and business
* Able to work independently and work on multiple projects
* Experience with enterprise applications
* Able to create paper prototypes, wireframes, reports
* Data driven, understand user metrics
* Experience with different types of user interviews: phone calls, in-person and online
