- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, Ethnography, or a related field of study
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating of usability testing, interview and ethnography discussion guides, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research, and reporting out to various levels within the organization
