Our client in Johnston is looking for an Experience Design Researcher to lead and support experience design research, measurement, and testing across multiple, interrelated journeys.

Responsibilities of the Experience Design Researcher

* Lead and support experience design research, measurement and testing
* Work with cross-functional teams to execute on end-to-end research needs from discovery to launch
* Conduct end-to-end tactical and longitudinal research
* Work with research practice lead and other researchers to evolve research practice and raise awareness for the value of research

Requirements of the Experience Design Researcher:

* BA/BS in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Science, Cognitive Science, Cultural Anthropology, Behavioral Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in design research, service design, interaction design, and/or interface design
* A working understanding of research methods including experimental design, generating research plans, defining and tracking experience metrics over time, data analyses, data synthesis, and coordinating work on multiple products.
* Solid communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex and ambiguous endeavors.
