Description: Our team is looking for an Information Architect. This individual will be organizing information so that our targeted users can easily adjust to the functionality of our software application and can find everything they need without big effort. This individual must be excellent at seeing the big picture and presenting a birds view of exactly what is happening and what could happen.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with Product Manager to understand user scenarios and feature requirements.
Identifies opportunities to improve the user experience and build value.
Create ideas and site planning strategies to meet business needs.
Analyze user research data and break information down to create personas, user task analysis, & content inventory.
Conducting competitor and customer analysis.
Create hierarchy chart, model data diagrams, user flow charts, sitemaps, user stories, and wireframe concepts.
Present concepts to Product Manager and Business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree (Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, psychology, or in a discipline that involves communication and or research (communications, English, sociology, anthropology, economics, and related fields.)
Over 3 years of UX experience in an agency or large organization
Understand of user experience, software design and development process
Experience interacting with business and technology stakeholders.
Able to travel up to 10%
Work with a large geographically disbursed team

Bonus Skills:
Axure and Morae knowledge
Web programming (HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript)
Background in medical software development industry
Worked in a fast-paced agile environment
Collaborative, self-motivated, and love what you do!
