Our team is comprised of exceptionally talented team members who bring these clients' meaningful messages to life with expertise in creative, design, video production, research, strategy, data analytics, media strategy and buying, public relations, social media, and influencer marketing.

We are currently looking for a Strategist to work within and provide support to the Research and Strategy Team. This role is responsible for building, implementing and ensuring effective brand and audience strategies for our clients. This position requires creativity and collaboration across multiple projects and teams within the agency. As a Strategist, you will provide compelling audience narratives that define opportunities and guide various strategic and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in uncovering trends and insights, creative briefings, research, presentations and the ability to turn cultural understanding and key insights into strategic ideas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Anthropology, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience working in strategy, account planning, human-centered design or research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• A curious person who asks questions and seeks to learn more and uncover insights.
• Digitally connected.
• Eager to learn and take on a wide variety of challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and step into support anywhere you're needed.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience conducting primary research, including focus groups and UX testing.
• Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office, syndicated research tools, and data gathering and analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Qualtrics).
• Ability to effectively deliver key information (internally and externally).
• Self-starter, eager to share new ideas and thoughts.
• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback.

Role Responsibilities

• Find meaning and relevance in large amounts of data and information.
• Use research to uncover trends, insights and report brand metrics.
• Write and present creative briefs that inspire innovative ideas.
• Use storytelling to bring actionable category and audience insights to life.
• Support Research and Strategy team in day-to-day tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments (Creative, Account Management, Analytics, UX, etc.) to complete client deliverables.
