Title: Recruiting Coordinator Finance Team
Daily schedule: M-F; Core Hours
Building location: Strong preference Seattle - anywhere else in US; need to be near Amazon corporate location (can't sit remote if they want to be converted) - next preference in CA (PST preferred)

Job Description:
Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Typical Day in the Role:
• Start ASAP
• Mon-Fri, core hours
• Remote work
Interaction with team/Day to Day:
• Day to day: email/message focus - not a ton of phone work, emailing candidates, working with recruiting partners (the ones sourcing for the role) - have what they need to schedule it
• Outlook focused - internal applicant system
Candidate Requirements:
• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bachelor's degree
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Disqualifiers / red flags:
• Spelling/grammatical errors in resume - need attention in detail
• Resumes being vague - need to get a little more detail

• Detail Oriented
• Had great experience with people who have been teachers, worked in higher retail (Nordstrom's, Anthropology), recruiters at agency setting - but they don't want the setting and want the corporate side and need foot and door (Customer service with technology aspect) - pride themselves on higher end customer experience
• Set monthly goals - based on scheduling numbers (levels of onsites) - dashboard to track progress to see where they are at
• Bi-daily SLAs - ex: how quickly get back to candidates
