Located in Loveland, CO, this position is an exciting opportunity and will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company. This position is for a Summer 2022 internship which will last approximately 12 weeks.
What you will do:
Participate and assist UX Research team in planning and conducting different qualitative and quantitative research studies aimed at understanding the growers and Nutrien employees using our platform
Participate and assist in recruiting, communication and scheduling of research participants
Participate and assist in the analysis, synthesis, and communication of research studies to stakeholders
Learn how UX Research / Discovery is executed in an Agile product development team of product managers, tech leads, UX Designers, agronomic specialists, and adoption leads
What you will bring:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors' degree in UX Design, UX Research, Behavioral Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Product Design, Anthropology or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2022 or laterOR currently enrolled in an accelerated learning program (such as, General Assembly, Block, Springboard) focused on UX Design or UX Research
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $22.85/hour
We provide a benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program. A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary. Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.
