Your Opportunity As part of our Environmental Services team, the Archaeology group has an opportunity for seasonal Field Labourers /Technicians in our Hamilton, Markham and London, ON offices. This is a seasonal position and therefore start date and end dates may vary by season. Your Key Responsibilities Under the direction of licensed archaeologists, the successful applicant(s) will assume responsibility for carrying out Stage 2-4 archaeological field work. Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials * Qualified applicants must have past work experience with physically demanding outdoor labour. * Current undergraduate or graduate students in anthropology or archaeology are encouraged to apply, but not a requirement. * Applicants must be able to travel within Ontario and able to work out-of-town and overnight for short and long durations. * The ability to carry out strenuous field work is essential. * A full G driver's license in good standing is required, as driving company vehicles is part of the job. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
