About This Featured Opportunity
The UX Researcher will be responsible for creating and executing research for an internal web and iOS application that provides information on internal applications, how-to guides, and support for any issues with internal apps or access.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to investigate where and how to improve internal applications for Apple employees. You will be expected to collaborate with product teams to define research goals and identify target users, develop a research approach and detailed study plan, create research materials including screeners, guides, and scripts, communicate with participants to recruit and schedule participation, and engage with product teams throughout research/analysis. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, curious, and have a passion for advocating for users.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 3+ years of experience conducting Qualitative UX Research and User Testing
- Experience with qualitative research methods with focus on lab and remote usability testing, rapid iteration testing and evaluation
