What You'll Get to Do:

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Sensitive Activities Planner you will be part of a small, but dedicated team of individuals who work across the spectrum of Sensitive Activities. This includes SAP/STO/ACCMs or other programs that restrict personnel access such as sensitive research and development, or activities not included in normal staff reviews because of restrictions on access to information. In this field there is a strong emphasis on human capital and the ability to quickly identify gaps in planning that can be mitigated or corrected through application of sensitive activities, all while operating with little to no supervision.

More About the Role:
  • Provides rapidly deployable expertise in all aspects of sensitive activities, including SAP integration.
  • Conducts critical thinking to understand complex problems and layer effects for solutions that meet the supported commander's desired effect or end state.
  • Supervises and develops courses of actions that meet the commander's desired intent.
  • SA Planner works with the supported command to either find the right authorities through adjacent units or agencies or writes to gain authorities through the supported command.
  • Plans fully developed, synchronized, and nested executions and CONOPs
  • Analyze, and integrate the appropriate SAP/STO/ACCM, or combination of effects, into a synchronized plan that meets the commander's desired effect
  • Develop and deliver a range of product to include mission analysis briefings, CoA decision and development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS) approval briefings; Decide, Detect, Deliver, Assess (D3A) execution matrices, and supporting CONOPS documents

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Sensitive Activities including time at the operational and tactical level with 7 years of SOF experience.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • 10 years of demonstrated experience developing and executing plans under compartmented or restricted programs to include but not limited to: ACCM, SAP, and STO.
  • Previous assignments under to a SMU or assignment within a SOF J3X, J2X, STO or similar role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and experience briefing executive level staff.
  • Ability to work independent or with limited supervision
  • Previous Experience working on PDAS, submitting STO documents, and interactive with compartmented programs.
  • Advance knowledge of applicable authorities and application of permissions in the CONOP development process and detailed understanding of MDMP and staff functions.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Advanced Degree; preferably in a psychology, sociology, anthropology, or marketing.
  • Strong background or knowledge of HUMINT Source Operations to include understanding of USSOCOM and subordinate units' application and associated authorities.
  • 15 years of experience in Sensitive Activities/15 years of experience in SOF
  • Completed the PDAS user Course and STO planners course
  • Experience working in or in coordination with the IA/IC on operational tasks.
