Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic project manager with a passion for pre-design and prototyping to join our multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, researchers and strategists. You'll invent and implement preferred futures for visionary clients around the world. You should be curious, detail oriented, and an amplifier of project teams throughout the organization.

What You Will Do

Pre-design strategy and guidelines creation, management, and rollout

*
Designing, prototyping and piloting new space concepts rooted in research

*
Leading the coordination and administration of a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, designers, strategists, and stakeholders in a way that leads to transformative ideas

*
Continually seeking opportunities to help us work in smarter and more effective ways.

*
Scoping and writing proposals for new client engagements. Imagining new ways of working and delivering project scopes that clients will be excited about.

*
Working side-by-side with account team leaders to discuss and implement changes to project and account dynamics and strategy, and to identify new business opportunities.

*
Delivering projects on time and on budget.

Your Qualifications

*
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

*
5-7 of related experience managing projects and teams

*
Participate in studio operations and management

*
Knowledge of building codes, local zoning codes, standards and building structures

*
Proficient technical understanding of architectural design, interior and furniture design

*
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

*
Demonstrated experience as a client-facing advisor

*
A passion for and working knowledge of the design research process

*
High degree of flexibility, ability to work on multiple projects at once

*
Experience negotiating project scope, fees, managing project financial performance, and ensuring fiscal responsibility for projects

*
Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required. Portfolios should include at least 1 project with this particular focus, and candidates should be prepared to talk to this in their interview, especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard , Fitwell and /or Net Zero Building certification.
