WHAT YOU BRING
- Passion for growing human potential and experimentation
- 6+ years of experience integrating user research into human-centered, experience design
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards shared outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills with the ability to work in a diverse team across multiple levels
- Degree in Experience Design, Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Information Science, or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role will drive experiential design initiatives to enable our strategy for our teams. The candidate will be a systems thinker, with a depth of experience in human-centered design, and a project lead with a track record of successfully leading complex transformation efforts in a global context.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As part of Teammate Experience, you'll partner with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to design and deliver brand-aligned physical and digital experiences for Nike employees worldwide. In this role, you'll build empathy through qualitative employee research, synthesize data into insights, identify real-world opportunities, and create artifacts that inspire the HR function to explore and implement big ideas to address them. As a phenomenal communicator and practitioner of human-centered, experience design, you'll incorporate these stories into artifacts that galvanize the HR organization.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to a Senior Director of Teammate Experience and work closely with the HR partners, and employees around the world in designing and testing service experiences in a rapid prototyping environment. You'll also work closely with quantitative research partners to build compelling stories that blend our findings with operational and transactional data to inform decision making, drive program adoption, and measure success.
