We welcome candidates who will teach our introductory course (Culture, Diversity and Inequality) and Medical Anthropology, and will develop course offerings in their topics of expertise. The successful candidate will also be expected to join the Colgate faculty in contributing to the Liberal Arts Core Curriculum.
We invite applicants to submit a cover letter (1-2 pages), a CV, an article-length writing sample (not exceeding 12,000 words), and the names and email addresses of three references willing to write letters on your behalf. As Colgate strives to support diverse communities, the cover letter should describe your ability to work effectively with students across a wide range of identities, backgrounds and perspectives.
