For this role, we're seeking someone enjoys working with multiple disciplines across multiple industries to identify new market strategies and help drive rapid innovation processes.

We teach, coach and work collaboratively with diverse teams across Fluke's portfolio of operating companies. Our team applies innovation best practices and deliver customer solutions with sustainable growth.

As an Innovation Catalyst - New Markets, you'll teach and coach small cross-functional innovation teams using Growth Accelerator, a process of empathic high volume VOC, solutioning, and rapid experimentation. If you're excited by both teaching and rolling up your sleeves and doing innovation work, this is a great role.

You have demonstrable experience and education in the following:

Previous start up, incubator, innovation lab, and/or design and innovation firm experience
Experience in VOC, Experimentation in a startup or incubator setting
Presence and technical depth to function as mentor/advisor
and effectively train
Bachelor's degree in Business, Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing,
Customer Experience, Design Thinking, Engineering, Science
MBA preferred
