Job Summary

The Tribal Relations Specialist position requires working closely with the Director of the Office of Native Sovereign and Tribal Relations on many different projects, across business lines and regions, and for various clients. The Specialist must know how to engage the appropriate people in the appropriate way; provide a clear process for goals; take a holistic view of situations; focus on a small number of strategic actions, while learning from and adapting them over time; and, remain aware of the ways our own thinking and patterns of behavior might limit successful outcomes. The Specialist will assist with strategic planning to this end and provide guidance to achieve these goals, all while meeting client expectations for technical excellence.
