About the role
Fortive (www.fortive.com) is seeking a Senior Innovation Catalyst to work as a member of our cross-functional Growth Accelerator team.
We teach, coach and work collaboratively with diverse teams across Fortive's portfolio of operating companies. Our team applies innovation best practices and delivers breakthrough solutions that drive sustainable growth for Fortive.
For this role, we're seeking someone with early stage startup (seed through series A) and/or incubator experience, including commercialization and customer acquisition.
As a Senior Innovation Catalyst, you'll serve as the lynchpin for the Growth Accelerator Journey, a process of immersive VOC, ideation and rapid experimentation. Alongside a team of entrepreneurial, high-performing, curious people, you will play a vital role in building a culture of innovation at Fortive. If you're excited by both teaching and rolling up your sleeves and doing innovation work, this is a great role.

Qualifications
You have demonstrable experience and education in the following: • Previous startup, incubator, innovation lab, growth accelerator and/or design and innovation firm experience • Experience in VOC, Experimentation in a startup setting • Presence and technical depth to function as mentor/advisor and deliver training across Fortive globally • Bachelor's degree in Business, Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design Thinking, Engineering
