- 5+ years of experience as a brand strategist or similar role in an agency or company
- Well-versed in social media
- Excellent research and analysis skills
- Speaking, writing and presentation skills
- The ability to manage a team
- Capable of providing insights-driven solutions
- Background work in psychology, sociology, or anthropology is ideal
