Conill has an exciting freelance opportunity for a motivated Assistant Account Executive. This position is temporarily working remotely due to pandemic. Will require to work from the office upon our return.

Responsibilities
  • Update Account Supervisor on status of projects/answering client inquiries.
  • Works with Project Manager to ensure there is legal follow through for all creative work prior client presentation.
  • Forward estimates to Account Supervisor/Account Executive for signature and distribution to all parties.
  • Responsible for reviewing accuracy of budget codes and retrieving client signature on estimates.
  • Assist Account Supervisor in the development and execution of print, radio, online banners, digital asset creation, and outdoor; begins to attend print shoots, OOH test posts, and understanding of broadcast production.
  • Work with account team to prepare and produce special projects and materials for client presentations - including but not limited to leading creative resizes or revisions such as MY updates and sustain initiatives.
  • Update status of respective projects.
  • Attends campaign or initiative based status meetings.
  • Oversee and initiates opening of work orders/job change orders.
  • Maintain weekly client status reports and conference reports.
  • Manage and coordinate all arrangements for client meetings, including set-up, multi-media needs, and catering along with AC and AE.
  • Works with project manager to ensure meeting recaps are sent to all parties.
  • Initiate and issue conference reports (under supervision of Account Supervisor).
  • Stewardship activities include National and LDA production budget management and maintaining quarterly competitive reports.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications preferred.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Photoshop Skills preferred but not required
  • Previous agency internship experience highly desired
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal relation skills
  • Must have a knack for numbers and analyzing data
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
