About the Position:

Type: Full Time Regular

Location: Matrix Medical Network Corporate Office 9201 E Mountain View Road, Suite 220, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Hours: Days and Occasional Weekends

Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 a year

What to Expect:

The Transformation Management Director reports directly to the Sr Director of Digital Transformation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage and ensuring human objectives are met. As a part of the Office of Transformation, this role will work closely with the PMO (Project Management Organization), product Owners and stakeholders at all levels companywide.

Success in this position will require excellent communication skills, deep understanding of how people successfully navigate change, and the ability to collaborate with highly matrixed teams on fast moving initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that raise awareness through communications and create both ownership and capability that last beyond the project
  • Create and implement change management plans
  • Assess change impacts and implement resistance management strategies
  • Build internal center of excellence
  • Participate in the development of transformation practice standards and governance
  • Establish commonly understood language between the business and project team


Must Have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field/or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in management, management consulting, technology implementation, change management, project management or related field expertise
  • Experience across at least 2 verticals is highly preferred
  • A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels and the ability to manage those relationships effectively
  • Excellent social, communication, and strong organizational skills
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci's ADKAR Model; change management certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.
  • Motivated by moving quickly and performing many functions
