Q Analysts is looking for a Data Analyst who loves crafting, managing, and analyzing surveys, digging into data, building analytics capability, and communicating product beta testing recommendations to various audiences. You have the ability to balance multiple priorities, deep analytical rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills that can be tailored to cross-functional audiences at every level.

Skills
  • 3+ Years experience with SQL / Data Modeling
  • 3+ years of data analytics in consumer devices or equivalent experience in user research and survey design and analytics
  • Experience building analytical Data Products and dashboards
  • Demonstrated primary market research know how, including designing studies, crafting surveys, analyzing data and creating insightful reports followed by action planning
  • Program and project management expertise
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Google presentations , manipulating very large datasets is required
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic program landscape
  • Willingness to shift from high-level critical thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams
  • Effective self-organization skills and ability to handle prioritize effectively

Education
  • BA/BS preferably in Psychology, Marketing Research, Behavioral Economics, Social Sciences (e.g., Anthropology, Sociology), Data Science, Mathematics or similar field


Job Requirements:

Responsibilities
  • Be a leading authority on survey tooling, design, methodology, and analysis: work with partners to design surveys that are statistically sound and built to appropriately measure desired constructs. Use expertise in survey research to figure out the right audiences, sampling strategies, triggering events, and cadence
  • Analyze survey data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and find opportunities to improve Portal products
  • Work with stakeholders to make recommendations and build action plans based on findings
  • Create and manage Data Dashboards to effectively capture and present team data / KPIs
