Strategic Analyst

Are you a recent graduate with a desire for a career in management consulting, helping modernize and transform government and commercial organizations? Do you have a degree in arts, humanities, science, or engineering that is outside the traditional business consulting track?

Currently, RG is looking to hire Strategic Analysts for The Entrepreneur Experience (TEE) program. The TEE program is a corporate initiative designed to develop new talent into future business consultants.

A Day In the Life:

TEE participants will interact with C-Level Executives (CEO, CTO), functional leadership (HR and Contracts) and client facing leaders. Program participants will be exposed to internal business operations and will support strategic projects, proposals and marketing initiatives. Participants will also be exposed to the client engagements, and our core service offerings. Successful program participants may be selected to join client-facing engagements.

Required Skills

A Specialist is an exempt business professional who performs a wide range of routine clerical, support, or administrative tasks while providing support to employees and/or vendors for business operations. Specialists may also provide subject matter expertise within a specialized function. The Strategic Analyst candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, and able to engage a wide range of people. Their skills must include critical thinking, good listening, oral and written communication, and time management skills. Demonstrated attention to detail, the ability to complete tasks without constant supervision, and good organizational skills are highly beneficial. This is an exempt, developmental position with opportunity for career growth into line or other staff positions.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.

• BA/BS Degree - graduation with honors required, advanced degree preferred
  • Degrees in Anthropology, Architecture, Archaeology, Music, Liberal Arts, English Language & literature, History, Philosophy & Religious Studies will be shown preference
• Some work or similar experience in academia
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to travel
• Must be eligible to obtain a DOD clearance
