Within Microsoft Services, the Adoption and Change Management Global Practice is responsible for the delivery of Adoption & Change Management services offerings throughout the globe. Our goal is to drive high value end user adoption via individual, group and organizational change management services. In a world of consumption based economics (driven by cloud and devices), adoption is the new currency.
We are looking for an ACM Consultant to join our ACM team. As an ACM Consultant, you will be participating in practice development, field enablement and delivery activities as directed by ACM Leadership. As a member of a new Services practice, you will be participating in practice development activities such as the development of new offerings, marketing collateral and foundational business processes. You will be assisting in field enablement activities as we build ACM capabilities throughout Worldwide Services. As part of a delivery team, led by an ACM Architect, you will be delivering ACM offerings through traditional and non-traditional consulting models.

Responsibilities
Generally, you will be the primary customer facing Consultant as a part of an engagement team. Experience in leadership and with organizational change as well as a defined change management methodology is desired. You will be expected to bring your passion for managing change as you implement comprehensive change management plans that lead to sustained adoption of the Microsoft cloud.
The core responsibilities of a Senior ACM Consultant include:
- Organizational change program leadership experience
- Apply a structured methodology and lead multiple change management engagements
- Complete change management assessments and surveys
- Gain executive alignment to change management programs
- Assessing, analyzing and documenting an organization's capacity for change
- Identifying and engaging all groups impacted by the change
- Determining adoption metrics that can be used to measure success and make adjustments to plans as needed
- Developing training plans to help end-users develop the knowledge and ability required to be successful
- Developing communication plans that align to client culture and business rhythm.
- Creating feedback mechanisms that will help sustain long term adoption
- Lead, mentor and coach Microsoft consultant engagement team
- Lead, mentor and coach client change teams
- Create actionable deliverables
- Support communication efforts
- Support training efforts
- Coordinate efforts with other consulting specialists.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Communicate effectively and collaborate as part of a team of professionals
- Establish and manage client expectations while maintaining a positive, proactive and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Change Management advanced certification. Prosci and/or CCMP Master preferred.
- At least 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, technology implementation, change management or related field expertise
- Experience in a diverse set of industries highly preferable
- Demonstrated track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.
- Experience with delivery as part of a global engagement team
- Multi-language skills preferred, Spanish and/or French
- Master's degree in Anthropology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field/or equivalent work experience.
