Opportunities: Kent State University's Department of Anthropology, a growing department with excellent research and educational programs, invites applications for two full-time faculty positions.
#988209: 9-month Tenure track position with a specialization in brain evolution and/or cognition. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D at the time of hire and postdoctoral experience is desirable. This position is available at the assistant or associate professor rank; candidates at the associate professor level are expected to have a history of successful extramural funding.
#988210: 9-month Non-Tenure track position for an archaeology specialist at the assistant professor rank. The successful candidate will have demonstrated teaching experience in archaeology and will contribute to the teaching of introductory classes across anthropology's sub-disciplines. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. or be A.B.D. at the time of hire.
