The Wellesley College Anthropology Department seeks applicants for a full-time, two-year lecturer position, starting in Fall 2018. Candidates will teach four courses per year (two per semester), including a section of the Introduction to Cultural Anthropology course. The Anthropology Department hopes to identify a candidate whose research touches on the intersection of archaeology and cultural anthropology, broadly defined, and able to provide teaching coverage at the introductory and intermediate undergraduate level in both areas. Candidates should have a strong research trajectory, as well as clear strategies and a commitment for teaching at the undergraduate level.
